Fantastic open plan with views out to the pool golf course and ocean ,fully equipped kitchen and washing area  , the large garden area has a private pool a BBQ a shower area and nice furniture to enjoy glorious sunny days and great sunsets from. the sitting room has a large screen TV with access to Netflix YouTube etc.

The gated complex with security code entrance has a massive private communal pool for your enjoyment. there is also a large restaurant a bar and supermarket all within.

The villa boasts 3 large bedrooms with their own private entrance and each has air conditioning.

There is a championship golf course a pitch and putt course and a driving range all within walking distance, the new Anfi Tauro beach is a 10 minutes walk.
